We aim to pack and ship your order from our Vienna warehouse as quickly as possible. We aim to deliver your order to you within 3 working days. Occasionally it may take 1-2 days longer due to delays with the freight company or exceptionally high workloads in our warehouse.

There are two types of bottles:
1- With ball
For bottles with balls, you don't need to do anything else, you can just open the bottle cap and place it in the container.
2- Without balls
For bottles without balls, you will need to use a bottle pourer. This should be a little loose to allow airflow. You can try locking half of the pourer.
These conditions may vary from bottle to bottle, but don't worry. The stopping ball or bottle pourer will prevent any leakage when the liquid level in the bottle is reached. You don't have to use the caps next to the container every time you use it.
After each use, you should clean the product. You can run warm water through the tubes in the container while the tap is open, similar to pouring a drink, to clean it.
